Loacker Privacy Policy for California Residents

This California Annual Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is effective as of October 04, 2023.

This Notice is a supplement to the loackerusa.com Privacy Policy (available at https://www.loackerusa.com/privacy-policy) (“Policy”) and applies to California residents whose Personal Information we collect or receive as detailed in the Policy. When using the terms “we,” “our,” “us,” or “Loacker,” we are referring to A. Loacker USA, Inc., together with our affiliates and other companies in the Loacker group.

Our Policy continues to apply to California residents and governs our general privacy practices; however, this Notice includes additional details about Personal Information and other data we may have collected from you as a California resident over the past 12 months.

Please see the chart, below, which describes the categories of Personal Information we collected over the past 12 months, including the sources from which we obtained the Personal Information. The purposes for which we collected and used your Personal Information and the categories of third-party service providers with whom we shared your Personal Information in the preceding 12 months are described in Section 2 of the Policy, titled “Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Information.” Not all categories will be collected or processed for every individual based on the nature of your relationship with us and what information you choose to provide to us.

Loacker does not engage in any direct sale of your Personal Information as a way to generate revenue, but we use certain third-party vendors which may have access to some of your data to help provide Services on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Loacker’s use of these third-party providers may cause you to receive targeted advertising based on your browsing behavior on our Services and elsewhere online. This third-party use of data may be viewed as a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under California law, to the extent any data used for targeted advertising purposes reasonably can be linked to you, your device or your household. As a California resident, you may have the right to opt-out of any such “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information for targeted advertising purposes by using our interactive request form, which is available through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” links available through our Services. We do not use your sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about you (i.e., profiling). We also do not use algorithms or other tools to make automated decisions about you.
