Customers in the states listed above may select either “Second Day” or “Next Day” shipping during checkout. Those orders will be expedited using the ship method you have selected to ensure the safety and quality of our product.
 

Shipping methods and fulfillment timelines during Summer
 

• Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday (2 pm CT): delivered within 1-2 business days. For example, orders placed after Wednesday 2pm CT that are not shipped using Next Day Delivery will be fulfilled on the following Monday.
   

• Orders placed on Thursday by 2pm CT with Next Day Delivery: delivered the next business day. The deadline for Next Day Shipping is Thursday 2pm CT.
   

• Orders placed between Friday, Saturday or Sunday: shipping out following Monday.

 

If you live in a State where the climate is warm all year long, please use Next Day Delivery to avoid melting. To ensure product quality and freshness, we do not ship on Thursday – Sunday during warmer months or to warmer climates.

Please be advised that if from Memorial Day through Labor Day, or if you live in a State with warm weather all year long and you select the standard Ground Shipping Method and the products are delivered melted, we will not be able to refund you or ship a replacement order.
