The unique Loacker taste

Milk and vanilla are what make our recipes creamy and delicate. Their unique and pure taste is the result of our research on raw materials, but not only: with the Loacker recipe we aim to improve  sustainability, environmental protection and fair treatment of our partners and farmers all over the world. Because goodness is a choice.

Alpine milk only

Milk is the main ingredient in all of our products. Our Alpine milk is NON GMO and comes mainly from local farms where cows are free to happily graze open air, in order to give us top quality milk that will then be manufactured in our Dolomites Milk processing center, in the heart of the Alps.

Sustainable vanilla from Madagascar

We selected three villages from the African island in order to get 100% traceable vanilla: we monitor the beans’ supply chain from fermentation to drying, until the arrival to our headquarters in South Tyrol.

Sustainability and nature

The secret behind the quality of our ingredients is our respect for the gifts nature gives us and for the people who carefully grow them. Our vanilla comes from the sustainable project “Vanilla from Madagascar”, dedicated to the development of local communities. We get our milk from farmers who feed their cows with natural fodder.
