  • Hazelnut Tiramisu

    Hazelnut Tiramisu

    This quick and easy dessert combines a traditional Italian tiramisu with the crunchy taste of Loacker Hazelnut Quadratini.

    Serves: 6

     

    Ingredients

     

    1 egg
    1 cup of mascarpone
    ¼ cup of whipped cream
    1/3 cup of sugar
    Cocoa powder
    36 Loacker Hazelnut Quadratini

     

    Beat the mascarpone, cream, sugar, and vanilla together until stiff peaks.

     

    Directions

    1.    Put the egg and sugar in a bowl and beat it with a mixer

    2.    Add the mascarpone and beat it by hand until stiff peaks.

    3.    Add the whipped cream to the mix

    4.    Put 3 Loacker hazelnut Quadratini on the bottom of a glass and add the mascarpone cream

    5.    Add another 3 Loacker Hazelnut Quadratini on top and top it up with the mascarpone cream

    6. Garnish it with cocoa powder

  • Chocolate – Vanilla Italian Gelato Sundae

    Chocolate – Vanilla Italian Gelato Sundae

    This quick and easy gelato dessert combines creamy Italian gelato with the fresh and subtle sweetness of raspberries and the rich vanilla aroma of our crunchy Loacker vanilla Quadratini! Swap raspberries for seasonal fruits to transform this recipe to fit any occasion.

    Ingredients

    • 3-4 scoops of Italian gelato

    • 7-8 fresh raspberries

    • 1 Tbsp. of dark chocolate shavings

    • 6 Loacker Vanilla Quadratini wafer cookies

     

    Directions

    1.    Place three to four scoops of gelato in a small bowl.

    2.    Add a handful of fresh raspberries.

    3.    Place dark chocolate shavings on top of the gelato and the raspberries.

    4.    Cut Loacker vanilla Quadratini wafer cookies in smaller cubes and place them on top of the gelato

    5.    Use some of the vanilla Quadratini crumbs to garnish the sundae.             

  • Raspberry-Lemon Smoothie

    Raspberry-Lemon Smoothie

    This smoothie is the ultimate taste of summer but can be enjoyed throughout the year. It is perfect for brunch drink, snack or a light dessert.

    Serves: 1 (8 OZ)

     

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries

    • 1/3 cup of Greek yoghurt (5% fat)

    • ¼ cup of whole milk (substitutes include reduced fat milk, or non-dairy milk)

    • 6- 8 Loacker Lemon Quadratini wafer cookies
       

    Directions

    1.    Start with a ¼ cup of whole milk (or substitute) and put it in the blender. Depending on how liquid you want the smoothie to be you can add less or more milk.

    2.    Add the frozen raspberries.  

    3.    To thicken your smoothie add Greek yogurt to the blender.

    4.    Add 6-8 Lemon Quadratini wafer cookies. They will not only add some sweetness to your smoothie, but also an extra sweet-sour lemon taste.

    5.     Now blend all the ingredients and pour them into a glass. You can garnish it with some lemon Quadratini and fresh mint.

    1.    Place the plain yogurt in a small bowl.

    2.    Add fresh raspberries, strawberries and blueberries as you like.

    3.    Cut Loacker Hazelnut Quadratini wafer cookies into smaller cubes and place them on top of the yogurt and the fresh berries

    4.    Garnish your breakfast bowl with fresh almonds or hazelnuts
