Would you like some good coffee? Then you've come to the right place! Only the best coffee beans from seven countries in the world make it into our own precious, fruity coffee blend made of 90 per cent Arabica and 10 per cent Robusta. And because we are convinced that quality takes time, we place great importance on the use of coffee cherries that have had time to ripen and are able to develop their full flavour through careful wet preparation. At 1,000 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Dolomites, our coffee beans are roasted carefully by an experienced coffee sommelier. This is how they develop their tempting aroma. Perfection is just good enough for us! That is why we ensure skilled handling of our coffee, every cup is ground fresh in our Café and Pastry shop and prepared by a certified barista. To complete the coffee enjoyment, we also place emphasis on class in our service. This is the reason why you will enjoy our coffee specialities from real china only. With barley coffee and decaffeinated coffee, our diverse selection leaves nothing to be desired, even for particular requirements.

One coffee blend - two preparation methods. During the classic Espresso preparation method, the flavours are drawn out from the coffee within a few seconds owing to the hot water. During the "cold brewed" method, however, this takes at least 12 hours because extraction takes place with cold water. Therefore, "cold brewed" coffee has fewer bitter substances and is milder than classic Espresso, meaning it's a delicious alternative to tea and ideal for lovers of Latte Macchiato or Cappuccino.

We love coffee! That is why, in the Café and Pastry shop, every single cup is made by a certified barista with a lot of attention to detail. Eight to nine grams of freshly ground Loacker coffee per cup and 17 to 22 seconds processing time in a premium quality Italian coffee machine - this is how our perfect flavour is created.  Completed by the art of Latte, our coffee classics are a pleasure for all your senses.

The name of this "cold brewed coffee" is inspired by a very particular preparation method. For Espresso, the coffee is extracted in about 20 seconds. Owing to the extraction with cold water, however, this takes up to 12 hours for cold brewed coffee. During this procedure, an aromatic coffee concentrate is created which forms the basis for warm coffee as well as delicious cold drinks. The cold brewed versions of the following coffee classics are particularly delicious: Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, a cup of coffee, Caffè Americano and Affogato!
